Sessions

 

Face to face sessions last 90 minutes – 2 hours and consist of a 45 minute – 1 hour session, followed by a 45 minute hypnosis session and 15 minutes processing at the end. I work from a home cabin and free parking is available.

 

On-line sessions consist of a 1 hour Teams meeting or telephone call. Following this I will then write and record a personalised hypnosis session which I will send to you within 24 hours.Face to face and on-line sessions cost £70 per session. For on-line sessions I ask for payment (via a payment link) before I produce your recording. Payment face to face is made at the end of the session. (electronically or cash).
